🕒 Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 15 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
✅ Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items (marked down products)
💳 Refund Process
- We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- It may take several days depending on your bank or card issuer.

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items that arrived damaged or defective. Email us at info@notiontech.io with your order details, and we’ll guide you.
🎁 Gifts
If you received an item as a gift and it’s eligible for return, we can offer you store credit once the item is received.
📦 Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, contact us at info@notiontech.io. We’ll provide the correct return address based on your location and the item ordered.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
